Identity 정체성

사단은  하나님께서 우리에게 주신 정체성을 도둑질 할뿐만아니라 파괴하며  왜곡된 정체성을 갖도록 합니다. 사단의 계획은 우리가 어둡고 고통스런 삶을 통과하는 동안 우리가 수치심과 불명예스런 정체성을 갖게 해서, 하나님께서 의도하신 풍성하신 사랑과 은혜로우심으로  우리 자신을 보지 못하게 합니다. 그러나  왜곡된 정체성을 가진 우리를 하나님의 형상으로 온전히 변화시키시고 회복시키시는 것은 하나님의 일이십니다.

그래엄 쿡은  “우리가 우리의 정체성을 알아갈수록, 우리의 사명과 유업도 알아가고, 그것과 함께 우리가 당면하고 있는 인생의 계절을 위해  하나님께서 예비하신 것도 알아간다. 우리의 정체성이 하나님의 의도대로 정돈되어져 갈때, 우리는 하나님의 나라에 온전히 사용받을 수 있게 되고 당신의 정체성을 혼돈시켰던  원수를 무찌를 수 있다” 라고 말합니다.

We face an enemy that is out to not only steal, but to distort and destroy our God-given identity. His plan, worked out through negative life experiences and pain, is to keep us bound in an identity of shame and reproach, never seeing ourselves in the fullness of love and grace that God intends. But God is in the business of transforming our distorted identities and restoring us to His image for our lives!

To quote Graham Cooke:

As our identity grows, so does our destiny and our inheritance, and with it, God’s provision for the season we are in. Your identity releases the next level of permission…When your identity lines up with God’s view of you, you come into the fullness of your usefulness in the kingdom.

You defeat the enemy out of your own identity.
